THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO THE VORMETRIC HARLEY DAVIDSON IRON 883 MOTORCYCLE DRAWING. THE DRAWING WILL RUN DURING THE RSA EVENT, FEBRUARY 25-28TH. FAILURE TO MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS MAY DISQUALIFY WINNER FROM GRAND PRIZE. BY ENTERING FOR THE DRAWING, ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND AGRE TO THE DRAWING RULES BELOW.

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
• VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
• Contestants enter to win by posting a picture wearing a shirt with a Vormetric logo, or a picture of the Vormetric Booth #445 at RSA on Vormetric’s official Facebook page or Official Twitter account (including entrant’s first name initial and full last name (ex. E. Phillips); @Vormetric mention; and #protectwhatmatters ). If a cellular device is used to enter the drawing, cellular service provider fees may apply; Vormetric shall not be responsible for such fees.
• The drawing runs February 25, 2013 through Thursday, February 28, 2013. All entries must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. PST on the 28th of February, 2013. A winner will be chosen at random from a pool of all entries no later than the 29th of February, 2013. Winner of the Grand Prize will be contacted by messaging through the social media site used to register; or by telephone. The contacted will have 24 hours to respond by phone and verify his or her eligibility for the Grand Prize.
• In the event of a finalist failing to return the phone call within the designated time frame they will not be able to participate in the grand prize drawing and another name will be called. Finalists do not have to be present to win.
• The Grand Prize is a 2013 Harley Davidson Iron 883 motorcycle and a Harley Davidson helmet. The bike and helmet will be on display at the Vormetric booth #445, during the RSA Conference, Moscone Center, San Francisco, February 25-28, 2013. Entrants have a 1:8000 chance of being the chosen winner.
• All state, local, and federal taxes; licensing, insurance, vehicle registration fees; and any other fees, along with the cost of transporting the motorcycle to the final destination are the responsibility of the winner. The winner assumes full responsibility of the motor vehicle upon possession. Once the drawing is complete and the winner is contacted, winner must take possession of the motor vehicle within a reasonable time of the drawing, as determined by Vormetric. If there is an unreasonable delay, as determined by Vormetric, in taking possession, the winner will have lost his right to posses and Vormetric will be authorized to choose a another winner. The second winner will be held to the terms and conditions
• To win the Gran Prize, the chosen entrant must be a U.S. citizen, who is at least 18 years or older.
• Only one entry per person allowed.
• Employees of Vormetric, exhibitors at RSA, and Harley Davidson employees, or any member, or family members, of any of the participating companies are not eligible to enter.
• One (1) grand prize entry will be drawn from all entries received.
• The winner’s name will be published on the Vormetric.com website after March 1, 2013.
• All entrants waive any and all claims of liability, and hold harmless all sponsors, agents, affiliates, parent companies and their employees along with any others acting on behalf, for damages, injuries or other losses which relate directly or indirectly to the Vormetric Harley Davidson Iron 883 Motorcycle Drawing, and through the use of the Grand Prize motor vehicle.
• The winner must use the Grand Prize in conformity with all local, state, and federal laws.
